Recognized by the Progressive Wage Mark accreditation for a commitment to fair and sustainable wage practices
The Progressive Wage Mark has been given to EcoXplore, a renowned engineering and services business with headquarters in Singapore. The recipients of this award have clearly shown a significant commitment to fair and long-lasting pay practises.
At EcoXplore, we recognise the value of giving our employees a fair salary and chances for professional progress. In addition to being morally correct, we think that investing in our people helps us recruit and keep exceptional talent, which ultimately benefits our clients.
We have also embraced the Tripartite Standard on Advancing the Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers because we see the need of doing so. This is a collection of progressive workplace practises to better support our lower-paid employees at work in terms of training and career development, workplace safety and health, and the availability of rest rooms.
We are appreciative for the acknowledgment of our efforts to offer fair salaries and career possibilities to our employees and are glad to earn the Progressive Wage Mark accreditation. We believe that by upholding fair pay practises, we can encourage others to do the same and help to build a more equitable and sustainable future for all.

About Progressive Wage Mark
The Progressive Wage Mark programme is run by Singapore’s Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practises (TAFEP). It honours companies and groups that have a significant commitment to fair and long-lasting pay practises. The programme seeks to persuade companies to use progressive wage models, pay workers fairly, and offer possibilities for career growth.
Businesses must fulfil specific requirements in the areas of salary progression, skill enhancement, productivity improvement, and career promotion to be eligible for the Progressive salary Mark recognition. To make sure grantees continue to maintain the necessary criteria, TAFEP also performs routine evaluations.
Singapore is working hard to create a more equitable workplace for all employees, and the Progressive Wage Mark programme is a key component of that effort. It honours companies and groups who exhibit a significant dedication to fair and ethical labour practises.
