- In addition to industry standards, EcoXplore corporate standards, international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and internal requirements of the Integrated Management System, we respect and uphold all applicable legal obligations and comply with them to the fullest extent possible.

Operational Excellence
To achieve and maintain high quality standards, our best practises and lean procedures adhere to defined processes and are recorded in a management system.
By measuring, benchmarking, and auditing pertinent processes and implementing the “Plan Do Check Act” principle, we work to continually improve our business processes, management system, and products and services.
Our management system includes all rules, instructions, definitions, procedures, and documentation necessary to support staff training and the incorporation of acquired activities.
Because we care about our environment, we are taking precautions to reduce the negative environmental effects of our operations and the products we produce. We are also continuously enhancing our environmental management system to improve environmental performance.
All of our workers and contractors are given access to a safe and healthy work environment, and we take steps to remove hazards, lower risks, prevent injuries, promote good health, and enhance our occupational health and safety management system. All of our staff members are given the tools they need to identify dangers and take the necessary precautions to reduce risks. We also consult with and involve staff members in the management system decision-making process.
Employees
All staff members must undergo thorough training on the management system and other pertinent QESH subjects.
Employees are expected to carry out their daily responsibilities appropriately and to always adhere to all applicable QESH regulations and Sulzer requirements. They must avoid behaviour that violates the law or that would appear to do so, and they must address any nonconformities and areas for improvement with regard to all QESH-related issues. If they observe unsafe behaviour or conditions, all employees have the responsibility and right to take action. Intervention is encouraged and supported by management.
Management
Our management sets an excellent example by modelling responsible, risk-averse, environmentally friendly, and quality-conscious behaviour.
Our management evaluates the management system, the effectiveness of the processes, the accomplishment of goals, and the setting of QESH targets on a regular basis.
In all safety, health, and environmental matters pertaining to the neighbours in our communities and other interested parties, we continuously strive for good partnerships and open communication.
