EXEvolve PEMX3353-A

The EXEvolve PEMX3353-A is a high-performance DIN-rail three-phase multifunction power meter supporting multi-parameter measurement and time-of-use (TOU) energy metering with up to six tariffs. It combines high-accuracy metering with power quality analysis, digital I/O and Modbus RTU communication in a compact 94.5 x 72 x 65mm housing, using screw-terminal CT connection and a 220V AC auxiliary supply (95-265V AC).

Key Features:

• Six metering wiring modes: 3P4W-4CT, 3P4W-3CT, 3P3W-3CT, 3P3W-2CT, 1P3W-2CT and 1P2W-1CT, covering single-phase, three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire systems (1P+N, 3P, 3P+N).
• High-precision measurement: Measuring voltage L-N 0-600V AC, current accuracy 0.1% plus sensor accuracy, voltage accuracy 0.2% (60-600V AC), frequency accuracy 0.01% (45-65Hz) and power factor accuracy 0.005.
• Metering standards: Active and apparent power and active energy to IEC 62053-22 Class 0.5S; reactive power and reactive energy to IEC 62053-21 Class 1S.
• Comprehensive measurements: Phase voltage (including zero-sequence U0), line voltage, per-phase and neutral current, frequency, PF and fundamental PF (DPF), and active, reactive and apparent power per phase and total.
• Energy and tariffs: Positive and negative active and reactive energy, apparent energy per phase and total, plus six tariff registers (ET1-ET6) for time-of-use billing.
• Power quality analysis: Voltage and current total, odd and even harmonics with individual harmonics from the 1st to the 50th order, K-factor, phase diagram, phase sequence, voltage and current angles, and negative- and zero-sequence imbalance.
• Demand and logging: Demand for total active, reactive and apparent power with time-stamped maximum demand, plus max./min. values for voltage, current and power.
• Smart relay and digital input: One electromagnetic relay output rated 3A 30V DC / 3A 250V AC, and one optocoupler-isolated dry contact digital input with 5kVrms isolation.
• Communications: Modbus RTU at 2,400-38,400 bps, compatible with SCADA, PLC and smart distribution platforms for seamless integration into industrial automation monitoring.
• Certified to international standards: EN 62052-11, EN 61557-12, EN 62053-21, EN 62053-22, EN 62053-23, EN 50470-1, EN 50470-3, EN 61010-1, EN 61010-2 and EN 61010-031.
• Rugged and compact: -20C to +70C operating range, 5-95% RH non-condensing, pollution degree 2, overvoltage category III (277/480V AC or 400/690V AC), 4kV/1min dielectric strength, IP20, for DIN rail or flush mounting.
