Milesgo I10-1031

The Milesgo I10-1031 is a new-generation WEB HMI built on the HTML5 specification, pairing a 10.1-inch capacitive touch panel with full protocol gateway functionality. It monitors site data and switches directly to the configuration screen for real-time supervision. Because the configuration environment is entirely web-based, a project created by the user can be downloaded to the panel and then opened through a browser on the touch screen itself, a phone, an iPad or a PC, with an open data interface for third-party system integration.

• Three server roles at once: Operates as a BACnet server, Modbus server and OPC UA server simultaneously — no need for separate gateways per protocol.
• Cloud and database publishing: Uploads data to the cloud over MQTT and writes to an external database, alongside the local browser interface.
• Multi-channel alarming: Sends alarm notifications via WeChat, DingTalk, email and SMS platforms.
• Large 10.1-inch display: 1280 x 800 TFT capacitive touch screen, driven by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB DDR3 and 8GB flash on Linux, drawing 10W or less.
• Dynamic register capacity: Registers are allocated dynamically, each supporting up to 2,048 points. BACnet AI, AO, AV, BI, BO, BV, MI, MO and MV each provide 2,048 registers; Modbus provides 2,048 coil, input status, holding and input registers.
• Automation and logic: Timers for equipment start/stop and parameter setting, JS scripting and a PLC editor for logic control, plus varied scheduling and event triggering with custom functions.
• Access control: User group management with per-permission access to configuration screens.
• Industrial connectivity: 1 Ethernet port (100M/10M adaptive industrial NIC with AUTO MDI/MDIX), 3 RS485 serial ports and 1 RS232 serial port.
• Browser-based access: No client software required — IE9 and above, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera on Windows 7 through Windows Server 2008.
• Built for the field: Aluminium alloy front shell with sheet metal back shell, IP65 front panel and IP20 back shell, operating -10 to +50°C at 10-90% humidity non-condensing.

Mechanical: 255 x 175 x 32.5mm overall with a 242 x 163mm panel cut-out, weighing 1,350g. Powered from AC/DC 12V-24V.

Protocol library: Over 400 device drivers including BACnet IP and MS/TP, LonWorks, the full Modbus family, M-Bus, KNX, OPC DA / XML-DA / UA, SNMP, MQTT and IEC 61850, plus dedicated drivers for lifts, UPS systems, fire alarm panels, lighting control, energy and water meters and environmental monitoring.
