Một hệ thống quản lý năng lượng (EMS) đã được triển khai tại một cơ sở lớn ở Singapore, tích hợp hơn 1.000 đồng hồ đo trên tủ điện, 130 bộ ghi dữ liệu và RTU. Hệ thống sử dụng PecStar® iEMS trên 30 máy chủ, cung cấp khả năng quản lý dữ liệu mở rộng để giám sát hiệu quả và báo cáo toàn diện.

Chi phí năng lượng tăng cao và các quy định môi trường ngày càng chặt chẽ đang tạo áp lực chưa từng có lên các cơ sở thương mại và công nghiệp trên khắp Đông Nam Á. Nếu không có khả năng hiển thị real-time chi tiết về các mô hình tiêu thụ năng lượng, các quản lý cơ sở gặp khó khăn trong việc xác định lãng phí, phân bổ chi phí chính xác, hoặc đạt được các mục tiêu bền vững được đặt bởi các khuôn khổ như Tiêu chuẩn Chất lượng Công trình QCVN và Chương Trình Năng Lượng MOIT.

Hệ Thống Quản Lý Năng Lượng (EMS) của EcoXplore giải quyết các thách thức này thông qua nền tảng PecStar iEMS độc quyền của chúng tôi, một bộ phần mềm phân tán, mô-đun và phân cấp được thiết kế cho giám sát năng lượng quy mô doanh nghiệp. Hệ thống thu thập và xử lý các thông số tương tự và kỹ thuật số tự động từ các mét bảng, thiết bị ghi dữ liệu, RTU, các thiết bị giám sát đa mạch và các thiết bị đo chất lượng điện. PecEvent xử lý cấu hình báo động và quản lý sự kiện, cho phép các đội cơ sở xác định các cảnh báo dựa trên ngưỡng cho bất kỳ thông số nào được giám sát. Khi tiêu thụ tăng đột ngột hoặc thiết bị hoạt động ngoài thông số kỹ thuật, hệ thống kích hoạt thông báo qua email, SMS hoặc cảnh báo trên màn hình để có thể thực hiện hành động sửa chữa trước khi chi phí tăng.
